(DENVER shot on 3/14/05) Sen. Dave Owen, R- Greeley, is a Korean and Vietnam War veteran serving one tour of duty in each. Owen has served for 11 years in the House of Representatives and more recently for seven years in the Senate. He is the oldest mem
