(DENVER, Colo., May 14, 2004) Lionel Mosley, U.S. Army Specialist, Fourth Infantry Division, and 2002 graduate of this same program, brings his award to his foster mother, Valerie Collins. She was proud and in tears after the youth spoke to the audience.
