Georgianna Contiguglia served as president and CEO of the Colorado Historical Society, now History Colorado, where she was in charge of a dozen museums throughout the state. Concurrently she served as the Colorado State Historic Preservation Officer. Prior to her appointment as President and CEO, she was the Historical Society’s Curator of Decorative and Fine Arts. After graduating from Barnard College of Columbia University with a major in Mathematics and a minor in Art History, she received an MA degree in Art History from Hunter College in New York.
