Summary
Close up view of a crumbling stone and masonry tower, part of the Cliff Palace, a North American Indian (Ancestral Puebloan) cliff dwelling in Cliff Canyon on the edge of Chapin Mesa, Mesa Verde National Park, Colorado. The tower is situated under a cliff overhang and has a large opening that has fallen away exposing a multi hued painted design. Pine and juniper forests are in the canyon in the distance.
