Photograph shows the Northern Pacific railroad station near Sherman Hill in Hermosa a.k.a. Tie Siding, Albany County, Wyoming. Located in Albany County, Wyoming, Sherman Hill was the highest point on the Union Pacific Railroad. It was named after William Tecumseh Sherman, the tallest general in the Union Army.
