The building has twin towers topped with turrets and flags, battlements, a shaped parapet, and a voussoir arch over the entrance which has a wooden door. A sign on the wall of the building reads: "Palace of Living Art and Illusions." A sign over the door reads: "The Hand That Whields [sic] the Pen is the Ruler of the World."
