Edbrooke, architect, built 1889) on the 16th (Sixteenth) Street Mall and California Street in downtown Denver, Colorado. The brick and sandstone Victorian commercial style structure has show windows, a Renaissance Revival-influenced frieze and bracketed cornice, arched windows, and a setback addition atop the building. Banners on the building read: "Grand Opening TJ Max."
