Later owned by the Colorado Milling and Elevator Company and sold in 1970, it was commonly miscalled the "Hungarian Flour Mill." In 1998 Dana Crawford and Lisa Evans, developers and historic preservation advocates, rehabilitated the seven story concrete structure into seventeen residential lofts.
