The modern style staircase rises to the open second story, or loggia, and has two wavy, metal handrails. Armchairs with rounded arms and sofas with curved backs are in the lobby. Shows recessed lighting in the ceiling, an etched glass chandelier and a tile floor, probably linoleum, with a geometric pattern.
