Summary
Interior view of a living room in the Arthur E. Johnson residence, designed by architect Burnham Hoyt, at 515 Race Street in Denver, Colorado. The modern style room has a vaulted ceiling and exposed rustic wood beam rafters, brick walls, and large wood framed casement windows. Windows have wooden venetian blinds with foliage designs painted by Vance Kirkland. Spotted animal skin rugs are on the wood floor. Shows striped upholstered couches, tables with drop leaves, a piano, and a portion of the brick fireplace. An iron and glass chandelier hangs from a rafter.
