A man walks down mud covered 3rd (Third) Street past piles of rubble and debris left by the Arkansas River flood in Pueblo, Colorado. Shows damaged and collapsed buildings and an automobile. Signs read: "Watkins Hat and Clothing Co. Featuring Taylor's Tailoring, Suits Made to Order" and "K.C. Evening School."
