Summary
Men are on mud covered Main Street after an Arkansas River flood in Pueblo, Colorado. Debris and rubble are outside stores and businesses. Signs on the buildings read: "Barber" and "Cafeteria." A mud caked touring automobile is parked on the street. Collapsed buildings are in the distance.
