Summary
Men work to remove mud from an Arkansas River flood on Victoria Avenue near the Victoria Avenue bridge in Pueblo, Colorado. A man on a tractor pulls a shovel; a man on foot assists. Men stand near railroad tracks near uprooted trees, rubble, parts of houses and debris near the flood damaged "Hotel Vail" and the "R.R. Y.M.C.A." Automobiles are parked near the bridge and a pool of water left by the flood.
