Summary
Men in costume pose during a Sunflower (Flower) Carnival parade in Colorado Springs (El Paso County), Colorado. Oliver H. Shoup, later Governor of Colorado, wears a moustache, cape and fez and poses on horseback with a banner that reads "Temple No. 76. D.O.K.K. Colorado (Dramatic Order Knights of Khorassan, an order of the Knights of Pythias)." Men in middle eastern garb and turbans are identified left to right as: William Clark, A.B. Bennett, Eugene Cohen, J.M. Jackson, Dr. W.A. Campbell, [?], William P. Epperson, John I. Franklin and J.K. Miller. They stand near open carriages.
