Robert S. Roeschlaub, a Denver architect was responsible for the architecture of many of the well-known buildings in Colorado. The structure was built of Gilpin County Granite, except for the top and sides. The building measures fifty-five by one hundred ten feet and could seat seven hundred fifty people. Half of the law office building of Henry M. Teller is pictured in the right part of the photograph.
