The building has large, arched windows on the lower level and small rectangular-shaped windows on the top level. A plaque above the top window that is directly above the entrance reads, "First National Bank Block 1874." The photo shows two telegraph posts, a fire hydrant, and a Mountain States telephone sign. A man wearing a suit and a bowler hat and smoking a cigarette is standing to the left of the entrance of the bank building. Two men, who are facing each other stand on the sidewalk on Eureka street. Near them are three dogs; one is standing on the unpaved street, and the other two are on the sidewalk.
