The three-story brick structure, connected to the Sheridan Hotel by an enclosed walkway, was built in 1914 by W. S. Segerberg (owner of Sheridan Hotel) and restored in 1972 by Milt Moore. Advertisement is painted on side of building: "Opera House, Picture Show Every Evening, Admission 10 and 15 Cents"|"Show" electric sign hangs perpendicular over tile roof entrance.
