Summary
Construction workers stand in a trench or beside construction equipment near Pando in Camp Hale (Eagle County), Colorado. An excavator, in the re-routed Eagle River bed, reads "CA Switzer 3." Men wear overalls and hats. Shows Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad tracks near the workers and buckets in the trench.
