This rusticated stone structure was built by the members of the International Typographical Union and was used both as a residence and a hospital for retired members. This Victorian Gothic structure has arched widows, a tower, decorative stone bands, porches, and gabled entry. Men stand in the main entry way, are in a carriage, and one stands on the lawn.
