T. E. Fisher, of the Colorado and Southern Railroad, wears a white suit, straw hat, holds a whip and sits in his Sunflower Carnival Parade entry, Colorado Springs, El Paso County, Colorado. The lady at his side wears a large, flowered bonnet, in the horse drawn buggy with wheels, sides, and harness entwined with foliage.
