Building features incised friezes, volutes and finials, a metal roof and ridge cresting. Men in suits stand by the Iron Spring house, which has a sign over its arched door reading: "$25.00 reward will be paid for information leading to the arrest of parties removing spout from spring or defacing This property." A faceted stone tower with a balcony is on the crag behind, and a stone wall lines the sidewalk in the foreground.
