The town consists of several camps including Squaw Gulch, Mound City, and Barry. Frame houses, tents, log cabins, false fronts, one small stone structure and a smoking smelter fill the valley. Laundry hangs on clotheslines in backyards of some residences; business sign reads: "Anaconda House;" railroad crossing sign and telegraph poles along side the tracks.
