On back of photograph: "Ome Diaber, inventor and supplier of rucksacs [rucksacks], tents, and sleeping bags for test by the 15th [Infantry] Ski Patrol. These were prototypes of those made for the 10th [Mountain Division]. Ome was also the inventor of SNO-SEAL boot preparation that has stood the test of time."
