The building features a decorative corbeling and an ornate bracketed cornice. A roof covers the walkway along the entire front where there are three storefront entries with large pane windows and panel kickplates. There is a sign on the side of the building "Watson-[?] Shoes". On another building down the street is "[?] Drug Co., Medicines, Chemicals, Paints, & Oils, Jewelry & Silverware." A one-story brick building with corbeling and front awning is on the left.
