The front facade is dominated by a large, horizontal, curved metal casement window and decorative horizontal banding below the flat roof line. The structure is oriented toward the east and contains a small terrace with an unsupported overhang next to the front door. If built, the two bedroom home would probably have been constructed of stucco over cement block or brick.
