Pro -marijuana group Safer Choice protested outside of the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals as the court was hearing oral arguments on Tuesday November 15,2005. The appeal case involved Weldon Angelos , a Utah man who was sentenced to 55 years in Feder
