CDOT Executive Director Tom Norton, uses a sledge hammer, at a T-REX Last Tracks ceremony, to drive an "E-clip" into the last piece of light rail track to be laid along the T-Rex development. The ceremony was held at the Bellview Station in Denver Thurs
