Description	Fulscher, Otta Post 1961 p.32 in Sedgwick County, a few miles from the present Fulscher ranch near Holyoke. He married Carrie Holyoke, Colorado rancher, 85, has been named "Man of the Year in Livestock" by the Record Stockman. He is the 18th rancher to receive the annual award for "outstanding contributions to the livestock industry." He was born Dec. 11, 1875 in Holstein, Germany. He came to the U.S. at the age of 5, and when he was 10 settled with his family Lammers, Apr.25, 1900. They have 6 children. 17 grandchildren, 17 great grand children.
