International comparison of National Bureau of Standards' radio broadcasts is an important part of the Bureau's work in supporting the efforts of national and international scientific organizations which are trying to establish accurate world-wide time and frequency services. Here NBS electronics engineer John Milton compares the phases of low frequency station GBR, Rugby, England (16.0 kHz) and NSS, Annapolis, Md. (21.4 kHz) against the broadcasts of NBS radio station WWV, Fort Collins, Colo.
