Interior view at the Donald N. and Madaline Gilpin residence (Fisher & Fisher Architects, 1931) on Marland Road in the Broadmoor Neighborhood of Colorado Springs (El Paso County), Colorado. Decor includes a Spanish Colonial trestle table with lyre shaped supports, wicker backed and upholstered chairs, rugs, French doors, standing chests, and table lamps. The fireplace has stone trim, the open beamed ceiling has scrollwork, and a statue of a saint occupies a wall niche. A bench has an ornate wrought iron base.
