Summary	Exterior view of the Public Service Company building located at the west end of Sixth (6th) Street, Georgetown, Colorado. The building it is built of cinder block, designed to blend in with local architectur, and surrounded by a black metal fence. Behind the building are transformers, metal structure, and wires of the substation; a sign on the surrounding fence reads: "Danger, high voltage."
