Exterior view of part of the Hotel de Paris, Georgetown, Colorado, on Sixth Street. The hotel, constructed by Louis Dupuy the proprietor from three separate buildings and completed in 1890, is shown from the second-story balcony on the west side of the building. In the foreground are a metal railing and wire fence; further back is the balustrade on the edge of the first story wall with a sculpture of a sitting deer set into it. The wall is stuccoed to look like masonry. Buildings and mine entrances are in the distance.
