View across Victor, Colorado, towards Gold Coin Mill as the August 21, 1899 fire begins to sweep across town. There appears to be a horse-drawn fire hose wagon laying hose on street with a team of horses; shows wooden frame houses on hillside, man carrying belongings walking down street, horse-drawn carriages parked at front of residences, and a church spire in background left. The Gold Coin Mill is engulfed in smoke; flames & smoke billow from wooden frame skeletons.
