Date penciled on back of photoprint.; Title from typed label on back of photoprint with additional typed information: "(Photo exclusively selected for the Rocky Mountain News)... to correct the condition of smoke and dust caused by a partial breakdown of the Basic Oxygen precipitator contains 1,524 such plates, each 16 inches wide and 22 feet long, and 6,062 emitter wires. Installation of the plates and wires is a slow process, since all materials have to brought in through small openings and the maintenance crews are restricted to a few men because of cramped quarters.
