Large piles of wood are stacked at the side of the Perigo Mill in Gilpin County, Colorado. The mill has several levels, and two large smokestacks supported by wires protrude from the roof. Several smaller smokestacks also protrude from the roof. A narrow covered tract shed stands on stilts at the back of the mill. Tall pine trees are on the hillside surrounding the mill.
