Summary
Four-story brick hotel in Pueblo, Colorado, has mansard roofs and dormers. Chimneys rise from the flat roof, and stone lintels top the windows with awnings. A canopy is over the entry; a streetcar and early automobiles are in the street. Adjacent buildings are three-story Mission style structures with balconies and pediments. Letters on rooftop scaffolding read: "Congress" United States flags top both buildings.
