The Idaho Springs, Colorado, fire truck is in front of the Denver Civic Center. The truck is equipped with two fire extinguishers, ladders, fire hooks, a small, pressurized water container, a fire bell, and a large head lamp mounted where the windshield would be. There is a two person front seat, and running boards surround the body. "Idaho Springs Fire Dept." is painted on the hood, and, "No.1" is painted on the driver's side. Behind the truck, ionic columns accent Civic Center structures.
