Water pours over the edge of Barker Dam near Boulder, Colorado. A pile of branches and other debris is in the foreground. A sign hangs on the side of the dam reading: "Danger No Trespassing $25.00 Reward for information leading to conviction of persons disregarding this order. Central Colorado Power Company." When it was built in 1910, the 624 foot tall dam had a capacity of 525 million cubic feet.
