Shows sidewalks and telegraph poles. First story arched windows have tracery and painted glass. The flat roof has bracketed eaves and ornamental arches. Signs on businesses read: "221, M. Hellman & Co. 223, Goods for Men's Wear" "225 Kurtz, Mohr & Davis" "Jobbers of Notions" "Hosiery, Gloves, White Goods and Notions" "227 Barney Bro's" "Paints, Oils, Glass" "Wholesale Drygoods" "Wolcott & Co." "Wholesale Boots & Shoes" "Central National Bank" "Liquors & Cigars" "Goldman & Bamberger" "Ketcham & Burns" "Crockery" "China & Glass Ware" "Stephens and Wilcox" and "Stove Store."
