Summary
The Great Western Sugar Company plant in Brighton, Colorado is a four-story brick factory with paned, floor to ceiling windows and a cylindrical brick smokestack towering next to it. Letters on the flat topped monitor roof spell the company's name. A windowless extension with a water tower is behind it. The two-story, gable roofed dormitory and office building has sash windows and a portico. A dirt road and powerlines cross the foreground.
