Summary	Men, women, and children stand on a snow drift in the middle of Eldora Avenue in Eldora, Colorado. Signs on storefronts include: "Stillson and Parsons" "Livery Feed & Sale Stable" "Post Office" and "Groceries and Provisions."

Notes	Formerly F7205.; Hand-written on back of photoprint: "Feb. 1899, Looking west from the lower end of the main street (Eldora Avenue). This photograph was taken just after an unusually heavy snow storm. Old-timers who were there still recall and tell about it. They claim that in places the drifts were so heavy as to completely bury several of the smaller cabins. None of the group standing on the drift are known - the photographer was probably a Mrs. Thompson who had a photograph gallery in Eldora at that time-; Title hand-written on back of photoprint.; R7100081243
