Summary	Reverend Edward T. Bollinger reads from a diary to a group of young men from his parish who stand on a snowy hill. The group erected a sign marker on a pole at site of where Aspen Street once was in Arrow, Grand County, Colorado. Marker reads: "1904 - Arrow - 1928, original name -- Arrowhead, Rails reached here Sept. 18, 1904, First inc. town in Grand Co. Dec. 29, 1904. Terminus of D. N. W. & P. (1904-1905)" "Cemetary Town Well" and "Engine House Stock Yard."

Notes	Photoprint is has ragged border edges and is dirty.; Title supplied by cataloguer; information on back of photoprint: Author Ed Bollinger returned to Arrow fifty years later of re-elect the mayor of the ghost town with several of the young men of his parish. In the blinding sun it was twenty below zero. He is reading from the diary of General Manager Ridgeway's comments regarding the weather fifty years before. Today this spot is unmarked, thanks to vandals who stole the signs his boy club erected. This is Aspen Street of Arrow.; R7100067061
