Chief Tendoy III, a Native American (Shoshone) man, shakes hands with A. C. Hinckley a representative of the Union Pacific Railway( from Pocatello, Idaho) in Fort Hall, Idaho. Chief Tendoy III wears moccasins, leggings, a beaded and fringed bandolier bag, a beaded belt, beaded and fringed gauntlets, and a feather headdress. Native American and white spectators sit and stand nearby.
