Title from newspaper clipping attached to back of photoprint; also reads: "Fire investigator Jim Jordan said the possibility of arson was being checked out in the Sunday blast. An explosion tore through the vacant Paris Art Theater, 76 Knox Court Sunday night, leaving only one wall standing. The only injury reported was a minor one. Mrs. Edna Rogers, 41 S. Bryant St,. who was walking past the theater on her way home from church, was cut on the ankle by flying glass. Cause of the blast was not determined immediately, but Fire Investigator Jim Jordan said the possibility of arson was being checked out. Bricks, cinder blocks and debris from the theater was scattered several hundred feet throughout the neighborhood.
