Summary
A Native American (Oglala Sioux) chief, identified as Andrew Fools Crow, is on one knee as he performs a piercing ceremony on the prostrate body of Ed McGaa. Fools Crow wears a fringed vest over a long sleeved shirt, a headband, and an arm band. McGaa wears moccasins and leggings and appears to be grimacing from the pain.
