Summary	Men stand on a float decorated with greenery, bunting, and streamers as part of the Flower Carnival in Colorado Springs, El Paso County, Colorado. A sign on the side of the float reads: "KBP". The float is hitched to a team of four horses. The men are dressed in either police or military uniforms. A similar group of men ride on horseback in formation behind the float.
