Exterior view of a house near Georgetown, Colorado, on the wagon road between Georgetown and Silver Plume on the north side of Clear Creek. The brick Gothic Revival two-story home, built by Henry Crow, features a central entrance covered by a porch with paired columns on either side in front and single engaged columns in back attached to the wall, a filigree railing around the porch and balcony, and a steep gable. Two women and three men are on the balcony; a picket fence surrounds the yard. A wood addition is on the back of the house; a small separate building is at the foot of the mountain. The entire background is filled with the rough and rocky side of the mountain.
