The L-shaped, clapboard, two story Sabin house is built above a masonry retaining wall on Casey Street in Central City, Colorado. It has a gabled roof, gingerbread bargeboard along the eaves, a chimney, and a covered porch with spindles along the porch frieze. Both the upper and lower levels have rectangular windows. A white picket fence separates the Sabin yard from another. Trees, shrubs, and other vegetation grow around the house.
