A band marches down Main Street in Central City, Colorado. The three leaders of the parade, two in uniform, carry flags, an American flag, and a banner which reads "Alert Hose No. 2 'Prompt to Aid' C.C.F.D." Spectators stand on the sidewalks on both sides of the street and people lean out windows of buildings to watch. The buildings are decorated with flags, and an empty grandstand is on the side of the street.
