Summary	A view of Georgetown, Colorado, in a snowstorm; the town is covered in snow, and the valley between the town and Silver Plume is obscured. In the foreground is a rough stone wall; in the right middle distance is a house with a picket fence that is silhouetted in black against the snow, as is a carriage with a horse on the left, in front of another house with a picket fence. Dark telephone or telegraph poles punctuate the snow-covered open fields. In the distance the white gabled Methodist church is visible, with the school house built in 1874 behind. The Cushman block on Sixth Street is also visible in the distance.
